A circular loading indicator as a piece of motion graphics. Build a ring of exactly 12 identical elements — any simple rounded primitive — evenly spaced around a common center, the ring facing the camera straight on.
Animate one wave of emphasis that travels around the ring and loops seamlessly across the 90-frame clip (frame 91 would be identical to frame 1). Each element pulses in scale AND in its material — emission brightness or color — with a phase offset of one twelfth of the loop, and the scale pulse and material pulse stay locked in phase with each other. That traveling two-channel wave is the whole test.
Any authoring technique is allowed — keyframes, drivers, or Geometry Nodes — only the result is judged.
The floor is easy; the ceiling is polish: smooth non-linear easing with no strobing, a trailing falloff so the two or three elements behind the peak still glow dimmer, a tasteful one- or two-color palette on a flat or subtly graded background, and the ring centered and filling the frame like a title-screen graphic.
